What booking terms apply to my participants?

Participants' bookings can be canceled and rebooked up to 10 day(s) before the start time. They can always transfer their seat, even if there are less than 10 day(s) left. Read more. Participants rebook and transfer their seat free of charge.

Participants can make the desired changes themselves by logging into their Skillbreak account, going to "My Bookings" and then making the desired changes.

You can upgrade to the Enterprise price plan to set your own booking conditions (change the number of days for cancellation and rebooking).
